TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE — RENIFLY

2. PRODUCTS AND PRICES
Product prices are shown in euros (EUR), all taxes included. Renifly reserves the right to change its prices at any time; products are billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
3. ORDERS
Any order placed on the site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale. An order confirmation is sent by email after payment is validated.
4. PAYMENT
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout and are secure.
5. DELIVERY
Delivery times are indicated in our Shipping Policy. Renifly cannot be held liable for delays attributable to the carrier.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a legal period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal. Renifly grants an extended period of 30 days, as detailed in our Return and Refund Policy.
7. WARRANTY
Products sold are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
8. LIABILITY
Renifly cannot be held liable for non-performance of the contract in the event of force majeure, stock shortage, or product unavailability.
9. PERSONAL DATA
The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
10. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action; failing that, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
